食品质量安全市场准入制度的核心内容,首先是食品生产加工企业必须具备保证产品质量的必备条件,获得食品质量安全生产许可证后,方可生产加工食品。《食品生产许可证》有效期一般为3年。
According to the State General Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine,all food products must be labelled with a quality safety (QS) mark.Only producers passing strict inspections will receive business licences for food production.Such inspections will be reviewed every three years.The licenses of those disqualify will be taken away.Inspections will cover all production procedures such as raw materials,equipment,working environment,storage and packaging.
