论综合性大学框架下体育院系发展的定位观

Viewpoint for Development of School and Department of Physical Education in the Synthesis University

运用文献和逻辑推理的方法研究探索当前综合性大学框架下体育院系发展的合理途径。研究认为:院系定位应当考虑:当地经济社会发展趋势;自身肩负的历史责任;自身的办学条件与实力和自身在所属大学教育体系中的角色和地位等4个要素。同时,要避免片面追求"大而全"、规模扩张、教研脱离、盲目引进人才的错误倾向。提出:树立大体育发展观,不求所有,但求所用,把人才梯队建设放在首位的实现途径。

By the methods of documents and logical thinking, the author analyzes the rational development path of school and department of physical education in the synthesis university. The conclusions are put out that the goal setting based on the four factors of economic developing, the duty to themselves, the educated situation and quality and the role in affiliated university. The author also points out that we should avoid the four errors tendency include more profession, students and acceptance talents than the real need by themselves, and the research different from their education. Finally, some suggestions are made out that setting up the view of all sports science, needing one' s application and not one's own for myself, and putting talent growth on the first situation of development.
