摘要
时代变化使当前中小学德育面临许多新的挑战。文章针对目前中小学德育低效的表现及原因，提出应采取的对策。
With the development of society,moral education in the middle school and elementary school is faced with various new challenges.This article focuses on characteristics,causes and several possible countermeasuresto this low efficiency.
