药物灸联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎30例临床观察

Medical Moxibustion Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of 30 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)的合理治疗方法。方法:将90例活动期AS患者分为单纯西药治疗组(A组),针刺加西药治疗组(B组),复方硫磺灸片加西药治疗组(C组),每组30例,2个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:B、C组治疗前后骶髂关节炎体征指数、Schober试验、枕壁试验、指一地距差异均有显著性(P<0.01),A组差异亦有显著性(P<0.05),且B、C组治疗前后以上4项指标差值与A组比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05);3组治疗前后晨僵时间、外周关节肿痛数、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)改变差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:药物灸与西药联合及针刺与西药联合疗效优于单纯西药治疗,药物灸无创痛,更易于接受。

Objective: To probe into a reasonable therapy for ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: 90 cases of ankylosing spondylitis at active stage were randomly divided into a simple western medicine group (group A), an acupuncture plus western medicine group (group B) and a compound sulfer moxibustion tablet plus western medicine group (group C),30 cases in each group. They were treated for 3 therapeutic courses, 2 months constituting a course. Results: The sign index of sacro-iliilis, Schober test, occipital wall test, finger-ground distance after treatment in group A,B and C improved significantly (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and there were significant differences in the different values of the above 4 indexes before and after treatment in group B and C compared with group A; There were very significant changes in morning rigidity duration, the number of peripheral joints with swelling and pain, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after treatment in the 3 groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The therapeutic effects of both the medical moxibustion combined with western medicine and acupuncture combined with western medicine on ankylosing spondylitis are better than that of simple western medicine. The medical moxibustion is readily accepted due to no trauma-pain.
