经皮肾穿刺取石治疗输尿管上段结石

Treatment of proximal ureteral calculi with percutaneous nephrolithoptomy

目的探讨治疗输尿管上段结石的理想方法。方法回顾性分析164例输尿管上段结石采用经皮肾穿刺取石(PCNL)的临床资料。结果164例中150例一期取尽结石,14例二期取尽结石。结论经皮肾穿刺取石创伤小,恢复快,结石取尽率高,可同时处理肾盏结石,是治疗输尿管上段结石的理想方法。

Objective: To discuss ideal operative manier for treatment of proximal ureteral calculi. Methods: Analysing clinical data of 164 patients with ureteral calculi underwent percutaneous nephrolithoptomy retrospectively. Results: 150 patients were rendered stone-free at 1st session, but 14 patients at 2nd session. Conclusions: Percutaneous nephrolithoptomy is less invasive, completely render stone-free and may treat renal calices calculi at the same time,but patients quickly recovering, which is ideal operative manier for proximal ureteral calculi.
