自造网塞与套装网塞在无张力腹股沟疝修补术中应用的比较

目的探讨有效,价廉的无张力疝修补方法。方法对118例应用巴德公司套装疝塞或巴德平片作为修补材料行疝修补术在手术方法、术后恢复情况及医疗总费用进行比较。结果套装组、自造组术后并发症为3%(1/32),3%(3/86),平均住院时间为5天和5.4天,两者住院费用平均为4900元及3200元。随访1～3年,均无复发。结论两组均能很好地修补腹补腹股沟疝,而自造疝塞在经济性上优势明显,更适合基层医院推广。

Objective To explore the effective and inexpensive method of tension,free hernia repair. Methods 118 cases received tension,free inguinal hernia repair were divided into two groups.The group 1(suit group)used Bard Mesh & plug was in 32 cases. The group 2 used self,made mesh & plug was in 86 cases. The operative method,postoperative rehabilitated state and medical cost were compared between both group. Results Postoperative complications of suit group and self,made group were 3% respectively(1/32 and 3/86).Average hospitalization time was 5 days and 5.4 days respectively.Average hospitalization cost was RMB 4900 Yuan and 3200 Yuan respectively.With follow,up from 1 to 3 years,no recurrence was found in all cases. Conclusion The efficacy of tension,free inguinal hernia repair is satisfactory in both group.However,the self,made group is better than that suit group in the enconomically.
