MR检查对食道癌术前的评估

Evaluation of preoperative esophageal carcinoma by MR

目的32例食道癌做了MR检查,评估食道癌对主动脉和气管支气管树的侵犯情况。方法在肿瘤与主动脉之间看见低信号脂肪条纹影时,可以解释为肿瘤未侵犯主动脉为阴性,相反则为阳性。结果本文24例手术切除病例,14例术前诊断阳性,其中3例为假阳性。10例术前诊断阴性与手术所见相符。另8例MR显示肿瘤侵犯气管支气管及双侧肺门和主动脉而未做手术切除。结论MR影像诊断对于判断食管癌有否侵犯邻近组织结构是有帮助并且是可靠的。

Objective To inestigate the value of MR examination for preoperative evaluation of esophageal carcinoma. Methods 32 cases with esophageal carcinoma received preoperative MR examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results 24 cases with esophageal carcinoma underwent surgical resection. Among them,the pre,operative diagnosis was positive in 14 cases(pseudo,positive 3 cases).10 cases of preoperative diagnosis were negative and it was agreed with intraoperative findings.In other 8 cases,MR showed which treachea,bronchus,bilateral hilus of lung and pulmonary artery were involved.So,the surgical resection was given,up.Conclusion MRI diagnosis is helpful and reliable to esophageal carcinoma. It can make the judgement whether esophageal carcinoma has involve to the neighbor important structures.
