老年性腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗分析

Operative treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in the aged

目的探讨老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点及手术治疗原则。方法分析54例老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点及不同手术方式的远期效果。结果术后随访6个月至3年6个月,优良率占93.8%。结论在老年腰椎间盘突出症的手术中,既要做到充分减压,又要尽可能最大限度地保持脊柱生物力学的稳定性。

Objective To investigate the clinical feature and principle of operative treatment for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in the aged. Methods 54 cases with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were analyzed retrospectively in the clnical feature and efficacy of different operative procedures. Results With follow,up from 6 to 42 months(average was 14 months),the excellent and good rates were reached to 93.8%. Conclusion In the operation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,it is not only to need the enough decompression,but also to keep the stability of spinal biodynamics as far as possible.
