可吸收髓内针在胫骨骨折治疗中的应用

Application of absorbable intramedullary pin in the treatment of tibial fracture

目的可吸收髓内针作为内固定材料在胫骨骨折治疗中疗效观察。方法对15例胫骨骨折病人应用可吸收髓内针固定进行回顾性分析。结果所有病人均获随访,疗效优良14例、中1例,优良率93.3%,无伤口感染、骨不连及肝肾功能损害。1例骨折断端稍向外成角愈合,不影响肢体功能。结论可吸收髓内针作为内固定材料治疗胫骨骨折,不仅可取得与金属接骨器固定的同样效果,无不良反应,还有骨折愈合后避免再次手术取出内固定的优点。

Objective To observe the efficacy of absorable intramedullary pin as a internal fixation meterial in the treatment of tibial fracture.Methods 15 patients with tibial fracture received internal fixation by absorbable intramedullary pin were analyzed retrospectively.Results 15 cases were followed,up for 18 months.The tibial fracture were cured in all cases.The excellent and good efficacy were in 14 cases.Morderate in 1 case.The excellent and good rates were 93.3%.No wound infection,non,union of bone and hepato,renal function damage were found.The union of mild anagulation deformity was only in one case,but the extremities function was not involved.Conclusion Using absorbable intramedullary pin as a internal fixation meterial in the treatment of tibial tracture,it is not only to take the same effect of metallic setting of fracture but also to avoid re,operation for removing the internal fixation meterial.
