摘要
目的 :研究静脉注射和肌肉注射不同剂量rhIFNα2a对小鼠体温的影响。方法 :测量给药前后不同时间点的小鼠体温和血清rhIFNα2a的浓度。结果 :相同剂量的rhIFNα2a静脉注射与肌肉注射比较 ,引起小鼠体温升高的作用更强 ,而且rhIFNα2a引起的发热可被吲哚美辛阻断。结论 :rhIFNα2a肌肉注射较静脉注射引起不良反应轻 ,对于rhIFNα2a引起发热敏感的机体可联合用非甾体类抗炎药。
AIM: To study the effects of body temperature changes in mic e induced by intravenously and intramuscularly injection of different dosage of rh IFNα2a. METHODS: The body temperature in mice was measured at 3 0 minute before and at different time after rhIFNα2a injection and the concentr ation of IFN in serum was measured by ELISA method. RESULTS: Int ravenous injection of rhIFNα2a induced remarkably higher and longer fever than intramuscular injection. And the fever increase was inhibited by indomethacin. CONCLUSION: Intramuscular injection of rhIFNα2a shows fewer sid e effects than intravenous injection. Fever change sensitive to rhIFNα2a can be inhibited by using non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs.
