摘要
以资源毁损、地质灾害和环境污染3要素和16项指标为基础,构建量化评价矿山地质环境模型。按评定等级的标准,把指标分为五类;以最合理的方法得出各要素、各指标的权重模糊子集;以所评定的各要素、各指标等级构建要素指标对5个等级的隶属度矩阵,以此矩阵与各要素各指标权重模糊子集作初级合成,将所得结果再与要素权重模糊子集作二级合成,建立矿山环境地质质量量化评价等级。
The construction of quantificational assessment model for mining environments is based on evaluating of resource damage, geological hazards and environmental pollution and other 16 indexes. The indexes can be divided into five types on the light of assessment standard. Firstly, the weighting fuzzy subsets of each factors and indexes obtained by the most reasonable way. Secondly, set up membership grade rectangular on 5 grades on the base of main factors and indexes. Thirdly, synthesis the weighting fuzzy subsets of each main factors and each indexes, and secondary synthesis weighting fuzzy subsets by main factor again. At last, establish the mine geo-environmental evaluation on the quantificational indexes.
