冷哮丸平喘作用的实验研究

Experimental Study for Calming Panting of Cold Wheezing Pill

目的 :观察冷哮丸提取液对豚鼠实验性哮喘的作用。方法 :采用气管容积法、气管螺旋条法、肺支气管灌流法、喷雾致喘法及肺溢流法进行试验。结果 :该方能使豚鼠气管容积降低 (P <0 0 1) ;使豚鼠离体气管螺旋条舒张 (P <0 0 1) ;使肺支气管灌流速度增加 ,灌流量增加 (P <0 0 1) ;使喷雾致喘豚鼠哮喘潜伏期延长 (P<0 0 1) ;使肺气管溢流量减少 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :冷哮丸对豚鼠气管平滑肌有解痉作用 ,且与剂量呈正相关系。

Objective: To observe the effect of extract liquid of cold wheezing pill on experimental asthma in guinea pigs. Methods: It was used trachea volume way, trachea spiral slip way, lung and bronchus pouring way, lung overflowing and spraying way led up to asthma.Results: The extract liquid of cold wheezing pill could reduced the volume of the trachea in vitro(P<0.01),extended the trachea spiral slip in vitro(P<0.01),increased the pouring volume in the lung and bronchus pouring in lung and bronchus in vitro(P<0.01),prolonged the incubation period in spraying way led to asthma (P<0.01)and decreased the volume in lung overflowing in vivo in guinea pigs(P<0.01).There was an effect of striking flabbness on trachea smooth muscle of guinea pigs in vivo and in vitro with cold wheezing pill. The group at dosage 40g·kg -1 was superior over the group at dosage 20g·kg -1 in efficacy. Conclusion: It is suggested that cold wheezing pill be an effect to remove spasm of trachea smooth muscle. As a result it is of effect on calming panting. Cold wheezing pill can be similar to aminophylline in mechanism ,and affect enzyme system to treat asthma. And there is direct proportion with dosage.
