An Empirical Study on Cooperative Effect and Enterprise Bargaining Power in Skill - based Strategic Alliances

本文研究技能型战略联盟中合作效应与企业讨价还价能力、知识获取、学习能力四者之间的关系,证实学习能力是知识获取的决定性因素,并发现知识获取有利于增大合作效应和提升讨价还价能力,而讨价还价能力是提高合作效应的重要手段。

Skill-based strategic alliance has increasingly been an important organizational cooperation form both at home and abroad. The relationship of cooperative effect and bargaining power, knowledge acquisition, learning capacity in skill-based strategic alliances are studied in this paper. It s proved that knowledge acquisition decisively depends on learning capacity of partners, and knowledge acquisition plays an important role for partners' cooperative effect increasing and bargaining power rising, and bargaining power contributes much to raise the cooperative effect.
