摘要
在经济全球化发展的今天,发展中国家企业国际化是其发展的必经之路。发展中国家在华投资企业在跨文化管理中都会遇到文化冲突问题,以至严重影响到企业进一步生存与发展。本文以一印度在华投资企业为例,对发展中国家在华投资企业的跨文化管理问题进行了分析和深入研究。
Under the circumstance of economic globalization, it is inevitable for enterprises of developing countries to be internationalised. Developing country invested joint ventures in China will confront cultural conflict problems threatening their survival and development. We review the cross-culture management of the developing country invested joint ventures in China based on the case study of India K Company (China) , in order to make a necessary supplement to the studies of cross-culture management.
