摘要
Lonworks是目前应用最广泛的现场总线技术之一,它采用的LonTalk协议被封装在Neuron神经元芯片中得以实现。本文阐述了以神经元芯片为核心构成气体监测智能节点的结构和工作原理,给出了详细的硬件线路设计、软件设计方案。对气体浓度的温湿度补偿采用模糊修正因子法,进一步的提高了采集数据的精度和可靠性。在实际监测系统应用中体现了良好的性能。
Lonworks is one of the most popular fieldbus technology and its protocol (LonTalk) is encapsulated in Neuronchip. Functional principle and structure of an intelligent node are illustrated in this paper. This node is used for monitoring gasand Neuron is its kernel. A detailed scheme includes software design and electronic circuit design is presented. Fuzzy reasoningmethod is applied to Temperature/Humidity Compensation for measuring the gaseous density,so that the accuracy andreliability are promote significantly. The node embodies a very satisfactory performance inpractical monitoring system.
