肝硬化门脉系统血流动力学与血浆内皮素关系的研究

Study on the Relationship Between Changes of Portal System Hemodynamics and Levels of Plasma Endothelin in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

【目的】探讨内皮素与门静脉系统血流动力学变化的关系。【方法】运用彩色多普勒超声观察32 例肝硬化患者门脉系统血流动力学的变化,采用放免法对肝硬化患者外周血浆内皮素含量进行检测,分析门 脉血流动力学指标与内皮素的相关性。【结果】肝硬化患者内皮素与门静脉脾静脉内径成正相关,与门静脉 脾静脉血流量、血流速度不相关。【结论】内皮素在门脉高压的发生发展中起重要作用。

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the plasma levels of endothelin and changes of portal system hemodynamics.The changes of portal system hemodynamics in 32 patients with liver cirrhosis were observed by Doppler ultrasonography and their plasma endothelin levels in peripheral blood were detected with RIA. The correlation of portal hemodynamic indices with plasma endothelin levels was analyzed.The plasma endothelin levels in patients with liver cirrhosis were positively correlated with the inner diameters of portal and splenic veins, but revealed no significant correlation to the quantity and speed of blood flow in portal and splenic veins.[Conclusion]Plasma endothelin may play an important role in the occurrence and development of portal hypertension.
