高压氧加压阶段吸氧气与吸空气治疗的不良反应比较

A Comparison Between the Adverse Reactions on Inspiring Oxygen and on Inspiring Air During Compression Stage of Hyperbaric Oxygen

【目的】比较高压氧(HBO)加压吸空气疗法(方法Ⅰ)与加压吸氧气疗法(方法Ⅱ)的疗效及患者心 理、不良反应发生情况。【方法】采用自身对照法对HBO治疗10次的50例患者,随机分成A、B两组,两组病人 前5次分别采取方法Ⅱ和方法Ⅰ,后5次交换方法,对比两组患者症状出现情况。【结果】方法Ⅱ病人的焦虑较 轻,得到病人的认可,治疗中不良反应除吸氧疲劳感在两组无显著差异外,耳痛、膀胱胀感等均较方法Ⅰ轻,其 差异有显著性(P<0.01),且方法Ⅱ病人在舱内停留时间短,加快氧舱的使用周期,降低治疗成本。【结论】加 压阶段吸氧法明显优于加压阶段吸空气法。

ObjectiveTo compare the inspiring air therapy(Method Ⅰ) with inspiring oxygen therapy (Method Ⅱ) in therapeutic efficacy, psychic state of the patients and adverse reactions during compression stage of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO).Fifty patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) for 10 times ; then using self-contrast manner, they were randomly divided into two groups: ①Group A, first treated with Method Ⅱ for 5 times, then with Method Ⅰ for another 5 times ; ②Group B, first treated with Method Ⅰ for 5 times., then with Method Ⅱ for another 5 times. The appearance of symptoms in both groups were observed and compared.Anxiety , otalgia,dyspnea and expanding feeling of urinary bladder in Method Ⅱ were less prominent than those in Method Ⅰ (P<0.01). Duration of stay in HBO chamber for patients treated with Method Ⅱ was also shorter than that with Method Ⅰ, thus accelerating the utilization cycle of HBO chamber and decreasing the cost of therapy.[Conclusion]Inspiring oxygen therapy (Method Ⅱ) is much better than method Ⅰ during compression stage of HBO.
