摘要
【目的】应用生物信息学的方法分析鼻咽癌相关抗原基因NPC A 6的组织分布情况 ,以推测鼻咽癌相关抗原基因NPC A 6的生物学功能与特性。【方法】应用美国国家生物信息中心 (NCBI)中的核酸数据库、EST数据库、Unigen数据库和相应软件分析。【结果】鼻咽癌相关抗原基因NPC A 6定位于 9p2 4 .3,由三个外显子和两个内含子组成 ,广泛表达于许多正常组织如前列腺、脂肪、耳等 ,但在胃癌、子宫瘤、宫颈癌、皮肤癌、结肠癌等肿瘤组织中表达明显上调 ,而在相应正常组织中不表达或低表达。【结论】鼻咽癌相关抗原基因NPC A 6编码的抗原可能与人类多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。
ObjectiveTo analyze the distribution of nasopharygneal carcinoma related antigen gene(NPCRAG) NPC-A-6 in human tissues by bioinformatics in order to speculate its biological function and characteristic.The database of nucleic acid ,expressed sequence tags(ESTs), Unigen and appropriate softwares provided by American National Center of Bioinformatics (NCBI) were applied to analyze NPCRAG.NPC-A-6 mapped in chromosome 9p24.3. It was composed of three exons and two introns. Database surveys indicated that NPC-A-6 ubiquitously expressed in many normal tissues with various levels, such as prostate, adipose tissue , ear etc., its expression was significantly up-regulated in different tumor tissues, such as carcinoma of stomach, uterine tumors, cervical carcinoma, skin cancer and cancer of colon etc.; but it unexpressed or low expressed in corresponding normal tissues. [Conclusion]The antigen coded by NPC-A-6 may be correlated intimately with the occurrence and progression of multiple kinds of human neoplasms.
