裂解C_3馏分加氢催化剂的研制及工业应用

PREPARATION OF A NEW HYDROTREATING CATALYST FOR C_3 FRACTION FROM PYROLYSIS AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要 通过载体的研制、活性组分优化、助剂的筛选和催化剂的制备等开发出了一种三金属裂化C3馏分加氢催化剂LY-C3-17。该催化剂载体最可几孔半径为15.0 nm,小于20 nm的孔占总孔体积的80%以上,晶型稳定,孔体积为(0.65±O.05)cm3/g,比表面积为(100±10)m2/g,活性组分呈壳层分布,化学及热稳定性好。在人口温度35℃、压力2.0 MPa、体积空速75 h-1、氢油体积比7.8的工艺条件下,对LY-C3-17催化剂进行侧线及工业应用考核。结果表明,该催化剂加氢性能与进口催化剂相当,是一种可完全替代同类进口剂的国产化催化剂,具有广阔的应用前景。 A tri-metal catalyst LY-C3-17 for selective hydrotreatment of C3 fraction from pyrolysis was developed via the modifying of carrier, the screening and optimizing of active components, as well as the selection of promoters. The carrier had the physical properties of pore radius 15. 0nm, pores smaller than 20nm more than 80% of the total pore volume, stable crystal, pore volume (0. 65± 0. 05)cm3/g and surface area (100±10)m2/g. The distribution of the active components was in shell shape, which chemical and thermal stability were good. Under the treating condition of reaction temperature 35℃ , LHSV 75, pressure 2. 0MPa, and the volume ratio of hydrogen to C3 fraction 7. 8, the side-stream test and commercial application results showed that the catalyst hydrogenation performance was similar to that of the same kind catalyst from abroad, which is expected to be extensively used as a commercial alternative in the future.
