聚丙烯酸钠存在下Pt纳米粒子的合成和表征

摘要 在实验室以聚丙烯酸钠为稳定剂,用H2还原K2PtCl4溶液的方法合成了Pt纳米粒子。考察了合成条件如陈化时间、还原温度、聚合物与Pt2+的摩尔比及溶液pH值对Pt纳米粒子大小和形状的影响。试验结果表明,将K2PtCl4溶液陈化24 h,在45℃的还原温度下,将聚合物与Pt2+的摩尔比和溶液pH值分别控制在5:1和9.5对形成小粒子和四面体有利,所得粒子的粒径有90%集中在2-4 nm之间,有72%左右的粒子呈四面体型。 Platinum nanoparticles were synthesized in laboratory by hydrogen reduction of K2PtCl4 solution in the presence of stabilizer, sodium polyacrylate. Effects of synthetic conditions such as aging time, reduction temperature, mol ratio of polymer/Pt2+ and pH of the solution on the size and shape of platinum nanoparticles were investigated. Under the aging time of K2PtCl4 solution 24h, mol ratio of polymer/Pt2+ 5:1, pH of the solution 9. 5 and reduction temperature 45℃, 90% of the obtained particles with diameters centralized in the range of 2-4nm, and around 72% particles having tetrahedral shape.
