缺氧诱导因子1与冠心病发病机制和治疗研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 缺氧诱导因子 1(HIF 1)是机体细胞在低氧环境中产生的一种转录因子 ,参与对低氧反应基因的调控 ,从而使机体对低氧刺激产生复杂的病理生理反应。近年来研究表明 ,HIF1会引起血管新生、血管平滑肌舒缩、抑制血小板凝聚、红细胞增生和冠状动脉粥样硬化进展。但HIF 1在冠心病发病中的作用机制及其对治疗效果的影响尚有争议。
