摘要
以微波对南昌链霉菌进行了微波育种 ,获得梅岭霉素杀虫剂生产能力高于出发菌株 73%的W4 311。该菌株经多次传代 。
A mutant strain W4 311 of high producing meilingmycin was screened from its parent strain 74# by microwave irradiation.The increasing rate of insecticide were 173%.Its high capacity for producing meilingmycin remained stable after subculture for many times.
