摘要
水玻璃是内燃机车冷却液的主要组分,它的稳定性将影响冷却液的使用寿命。本文采用硅钼黄比色法测定新配制、使用中和报废冷却液中的水玻璃存在形态和研究冷却液的稳定性与单正硅酸、总硅酸的浓度和放置时间的相关性;用四氢呋哺萃取比色法测定冷却液中的高聚硅酸含量与放置时间的相关性;研究用超声波、磁场等物理方法处理废冷却液的再生可行性及水玻璃的形态变化。
Soluble glass is the main part of diesel locomotive cooling liquidand its stability has great effect on the service life of the cooling liquid. By using the silicomolybdic yellow colorimetric method, the paper determines not only the existing form of soluble glass in the newly made-up, being used, and discarded cooling liquid,but also the relation of the stability of cooling liquid to the concentration and standing time of monosilicic acid and total silicic acid. The relation of the concentration of polysilicic acid to the standing time in cooling liquid was determined by the tetrahydrofuran extracted colorimetric method. By means of using some modified physical properties such as ultra-sonic wave, magnetic field, the regenerative possibility and the change of form of soluble glass in the cooling, liquid were also studied
