摘要
本文对M27和M24两种直径高强度螺栓进行了复合应力系数测定和预拉力损失试验。试验和统计结果表明,高强度螺栓复合应力系数在1.11～1.13之间;24小时预拉力损失5～7％;复合应力系数和预拉力损失百分率满足正态分布规律。
The composite stress factor and pre-tensile force loss of the two diameter high strength bolts of M27 and M24 are experimentally determined in the paper. The experiment and statistical analysis results show that the composite stress factor is between 1.11 and 1.13, and the pre-tensile force loss rate after 24 hours is 5—7％. Both the composite stress factor and the pre-tensile force loss rate satisfy the normal distribution law
