摘要
给出了虚拟维修样机的定义,分析了它的组成,建立了与产品CAD系统相关联的虚拟维修样机系统结构。讨论了建立虚拟样机用于虚拟维修仿真的几个关键技术。为了满足仿真实时性要求,提出了面向维修任务的虚拟维修样机建模方法,进行样机的几何建模和人机交互建模。提出了基于交互特征的虚拟维修样机交互行为建模方法,并在Jack软件环境下开发了CAD几何数据处理与虚拟维修样机交互特征定义的功能模块。最后以一个变速齿轮箱为例,对系统进行了验证。
The definition and composition of virtual maintenance prototype (VMP) are provided in this paper. The structure of VMP system is built which is linked to the CAD system of product. And some key technologies for modeling are discussed. In order to support real time virtual maintenance simulation, a maintenance-task-oriented VMP modeling is addressed to represent geometry modeling and human-object interaction modeling. An interaction feature-based modeling method for VMP is provided and the processing of CAD data and interaction behavior modeling focused are developed in Jack, which is illustrated by a gear-box's virtual maintenance simulation.
