摘要 SDG(SignedDirectedGraph)是一种重要的定性建模技术,特别是在安全评价和故障诊断领域。对于过程系统,危险与可操作性分析(HazardandOperabilityStudy,HAZOP),是一种应用最为广泛的评价方法。HAZOP方法与SDG方法有着天然的联系。在人工HAZOP方法的基础上,提出利用SDG模型及基于网论的推理方法,进行计算机自动HAZOP分析。该文介绍了一种新的基于SDG推理的HAZOP方法,以替代人工HAZOP。通过建立工业过程中典型的设备单元的评价模型,来组建模型库,用于搭建大型工业系统模型。不但通用性强,而且具有良好的继承性,并节省大量的人力、物力等。 Signed Directed Graph (SDG) is an important technology of building qualitative model, especially for hazard evaluation and fault diagnosis. Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) analysis is the most widely used safety analysis approach in the process systems. There are natural relations between HAZOP and SDG. The computer-aided automatical HAZOP analysis is put forward by using SDG model and the reasoning method based on network theory. HAZOP analysis system based on the ratiocination of SDG instead of the manual HAZOP is introduced. Representative unit models are built in the process systems. As process model is built by unit models in the model base, the system is very adaptive. Besides it has beyond compare inheritance. Compared with the manual HAZOP analysis, the system has many advantages, such as good maturity, time saving, money saving and so on.
