跨国并购政策协调的重要性与ICN的建立

摘要
跨国并购同时具有促进竞争和反竞争的效应。尽管市场的全球化导致了竞争的促进效应,但能控制跨国并购和禁止反竞争效应的国际竞争政策体系必须建立。尽管国际竞争网络的并购控制只处于初级阶段,但它可能是未来多边的国际制度的雏形。
