基于功率因数校正的蓄电池全自动充电器

摘要 传统的基于有源功率因数校正(APFC)的开关电源采用两套控制电路和两级DC/DC变换电路,增加了电路复杂程度及成本。随着PFC/PWM两级复合控制芯片的产生,这一缺陷可以得到大大改善;本文基于PFC/PWM两级复合控制芯片ML4803,研制开发了一种新型的基于APFC的蓄电池充电器,给出了充电器的性能指标,证实了该复合控制的可行性和实用性。 In the conventional switching power supply based on Active Power Factor Correction(APFC),two sets of control circuits and two stages of DC/DC convert circuits which have greatly influence on the complexity and cost are needed.With the development of a new PFC and PWM controller combo,this disadvantage can be greatly improved.Based on PFC/PWM combo control chip-ML4803,a new type of storage battery charger with APFC is developed in this paper,and the performance of the charger is given.Experiment results reveal that this PFC/PWM combo controller is feasible.
