摘要
在高倍率放电、低温和酸浓度较高等情况下,多孔的海绵状负极活性物质会很快丧失其充放电能力,这些现象被认为是由于电极钝化和绒状铅再结晶收缩所造成的。使用负极板添加剂可以增加蓄电池寿命,提高充电接受能力,增大负极活性物质表面积并稳定其结构。本文将分类综述国外几种负极添加剂研究现状,各种负极添加剂对电性能影响的研究,并介绍几种国外新型有机膨胀剂的SYNAN产品开发情况。
The spongy active mass of the negative plate can lose its operational ability quickly in a high sulfuric acid concentration and at low temperature and the high rate discharge .It is attributed to the passivation of the negative plate and the recrystallization and the shrinkage of the spongy lead.The use of the additives can increase the battery cycle life,charge acceptance,surface area of negative active mass and stabilization of its structure.This paper summarizes the state of the art of several foreign negative additives,their mechanism and the effects of each negative additive on battery performance,and new organic expenders(SYNAN)have also been introduced.
