摘要
本文对丝石竹(GypsophilaoldhamianaMiq.)的染色体进行了研究,结果显示,染色体数目为2n=34,核型公式为K(2n)=2x=34=32m+2sm,相对长度组成为2n=34=2L+16M2+12M1+4S,核型为"2B"型。
The karyotype of Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq. is studied. The results show that the chromosome number is 2n=34 and its karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x=34=32m+2sm. The composition of relative lengh of chromosome is 2n=34=2L+16M2+12M1+4S,karyotype belongs to'2B'stebbins.
