摘要
本文结合新疆乌鲁木齐瓦提混凝土面板砂砾石坝工程实例,介绍在干燥、多风、寒冷地区掺UEA膨胀剂配制成的微膨胀补偿收缩混凝土(简称UEA混凝土)与非补偿收缩普通混凝土的多项技术性能对比试验及在该工程上的实际运用,总结了在1∶1 6坡面上不设伸缩缝一次连续浇注混凝土面板长50m~105m,减少或避免裂缝的技术措施。
Based on the engineering of Urumchi WaTi gravel dam,we proceeds the contrast experiment.The one was compensating shrinkage concrete using UEA expansion agent,the other was uncompenstating shrinkage concrete.Both of them were used for the engineering in many breeze,dry and cold region.We carry up out the construction technique measure of reducing cracks,which continuously sprinkle concrete plank of 50~105m long and unstable flexible sew in the 1∶1.6 slopes.
