摘要
对煤加氢气化直接生成CH4过程进行了热力学分析,主要分析了反应温度和压力对加氢气化反应的平衡常数和平衡转化率的影响。结果表明,降低温度和增加压力在热力学上有利加氢气化反应的进行。根据实际反应条件,讨论了煤加氢气化反应的最佳操作条件,为煤直接转化的工业设计和放大实验提供最基本的热力学数据和热力学依据。
The thermodynamic analysis of coal hydrogasification was carried out with the emphasis on the effect of temperature and pressure on equilibrium constants and eguilibrium conversion rate of hydrogasification. The results indicated that the decrease of temperature and increase of pressure are favorable to the hydrogasification of coal. Considering the practical industrial conditions,the optimum hydrogasification conditions were investigated to provide accurate thermodynamic data and thermodynamic basis for the design of the hydrogasification.
