On the Sustainable Development of the Basic Old-age Pension in Zhejiang Province

浙江省职工基本养老保险在费率征缴比例、对象、年限、计发办法、基金来源、运营以及扩面等方面存在着若干问题,进而构成了多种矛盾,影响和制约了职工基本养老保险的可持续发展。从法制、教育、基金、管理以及配套措施等方面采取具有可操作性的对策,是促进职工基本养老保险可持续发展的关键点。

This article probes into some key problems of the sustainable development of the oldage pension insurance in our province from the aspects of its proportion to be levied, people to be served, duration of years, means of distribution, source of fund, operation, extension etc. The incorrect handling of these problems may affect and restrict its sustainable development, and therefore, this article offers some suggestions to improve the work in law, education, management and auxiliary measures.
