摘要
随着我国社会经济发展对人才培养需求的扩大、高等教育大众化趋势的加速和高师教育体制改革的深化,高师院校向多科性、综合性大学的转型已经成为不争的事实和必然的趋势。但不同地区高师院校的转型具有多样性和差异性,而且,转型是一个长期、艰巨而又复杂的过程。转型不仅仅是学科专业设置的多样化、综合化,更是办学理念以及人才培养模式的全面更新。高师院校要科学应对转型的挑战,必须处理好“师范性”与“非师范性”、“专业性”与“学术性”、内部发展与外部环境的关系问题。
With the development of the society and economy of our country, and the acceleration of the popularization of higher education, it has already become an inevitable fact that teachers colleges should generally be upgraded and become universities. In different regions, teachers colleges’ transition should be different and the transition is a longterm and complicated process. Transition not only means diversification and comprehensiveness of majors, but also a renewal of academic theories and educational modes. If a teachers college wants to challenge the transition, it must correctly handle the relationships between teachersoriented and nonteachersoriented quetions, teaching majors and academy, internal development and external environment.
