高炉锌平衡及含锌尘泥的回收利用 被引量:8

摘要 分别对宝钢 2 BF、3BF的原燃料、重力灰、集成灰、生铁、炉渣、污泥、污水、煤气进行取样 ,测定各试样中的锌含量 ,结合高炉生产数据对 2 BF、3BF进行锌平衡计算。计算结果表明 :烧结矿锌含量是影响高炉锌负荷的主要因素 ;高炉污泥和重力灰带走的锌占 2 BF全部锌支出的 88.11% ;而 3BF中的锌主要由渣、铁 (包括集成灰 )带走 ;高炉尘泥需进行脱锌处理才能配入烧结料中。 The raw material, the fuel, the gravitational dust,the assembled dust, the pig iron, the slag, the sludge, the sewage and the gas of 2BF and 3BF in Baosteel have been sampled and analysed respectively. The zinc balance of 2BF and 3BF was calculated by assaying the zinc content of these samples in the production. The calculation result shows: the zinc content in sinter ore is the main factor that affects the in the productio zinc load of blast furnace; the zinc content carried off by sludge and gravitational dust accounts for 88.11 % of the full zinc content payout of 2BF, but to 3BF, the zinc content carried off mainly by slag and iron (including assembled dust); blast furnace dust and sludge shall be dezinced before being mixed with sintered charge.
