摘要
介绍了包钢在重轨钢生产设备和工艺方面的变化以及目前所能达到的质量水平。重点说明了在采用铁水预处理—顶底复吹转炉冶炼— L F精炼— VD真空处理—连铸工艺后 ,在钢中气体、全氧、夹杂物的控制和大方坯内部质量的控制方面所采取的技术措施 ,取得了 [H]<0 .0 0 0 2 5 %、[N]≤ 0 .0 0 4 0 %、全氧≤ 0 .0 0 2 0 %、全铝≤0 .0 0 4 %的冶金效果。比较分析了 M- EMS和 M- EMS+F- EMS电磁搅拌技术对大方坯内部质量产生的影响 ,得出两种搅拌方式下中心碳偏析指数分别为 1.19和 1.10。
Process change and current quality level for heavy rail steel of Baogang are introduced.It mainly explains technical measures how to control gas, oxygen and inclusion in steel and interior quality of bloom after using process of hot metal pretreatment—top and bottom blowing converter smelting—LF refining—VD vacuum treatment—continuous casting.The results show metallurgical effect of [H]<0.00025 %, [N]≤0.0040 %, total [O]≤0.0020 % and total Al≤0.004 %.Comparing M-EMS and M-EMS+F-EMS, the effect of electromagnet stirring on interior quality of bloom is analyzed, their center carbon segregation index is 1.19 and 1.10 respectively.
