芬兰奥特昆普不锈钢公司年产 10 0万 t的双流不锈钢板坯连铸机要求同时达到高质量和高产量 ,这对铸机的设计和调试而言是一个严峻的挑战。介绍了满足这些目标所必需的若干先进技术。
The design, engineering and commissioning of a 2-strand 1 Mt/a stainless steel slab caster at Outokumpu Stainless (Tornio, Finland) posed an exceptional challenge to VOEST-ALPINE Industrieanlagenbau (VAI) due to the combination of outstanding quality requirements and high productivity. The caster is equipped with several advanced technological features—necessary prerequisites to meet these objectives—as presented in this paper.
