摘要
鉴于株洲北站接发编改能力全面紧张,而且京广线长沙、株洲之间运量饱和,建议利用湘潭锰矿专用铁道向北延伸联络长石线,形成长株潭铁路环形枢纽,衔接京广、浙赣、湘黔、长石四线,沟通五个线路方向的车流。这样有利于点线配套,提高中南铁路网的综合运输能力,有利于长株潭经济的一体化,成为湖南经济发展的龙头,有利于战备,有利于提前发挥长石线的投资效益,有利于城市布局,特别是河西部份的经济开发。
In view of the inadequatecapacity of receiving, despatching and resorting, and the full traffic volume between Changsha and Zhuzhou on Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, the paper suggests that the private line of the manganese mine of Xiangtan should be used and extended to the north to contact Shimen-Changsha Railway, thus forming a loop terminal of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Railway, which joins Beijing-Guangzhou, Zhejiang-Jiangxi, Hunan-Guizhou, and Changsha-Shimen Railways, linking up their train flow. This will help to complete the fol-lowing tasks: matching points and lines; raising the comprehensive transport capacity of networks of central and southern China; unifying various economic forms of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, taking the lead of the economic development of Hunan province; preparing against war; bringing into full play to the investment benefit of Changsha-Shimen Railway; and planning city layout, especially the economic exploration of Hexi area.
