摘要
以包括籼、粳不同类型的6个亲本按Griffing交配设计方法Ⅱ配制的15杂种F1为材料,采用加性-显性遗传模型分析水稻11个穗颈维管束及相关性状的基因效应。结果表明,11个穗颈维管束及相关性状的加性效应均达极显著水平,仅茎壁厚、单个大维管束面积、小维管束总面积和维管束总面积4个性状还存在显性效应,茎壁厚、单个大维管束面积、小维管束总面积的显性效应大于加性效应。籼、粳亚种维管束性状的遗传行为有明显差异,粳型亲本11个穗颈维管束及相关性状的加性效应均为负值。相关分析表明,穗颈粗和茎壁厚与穗颈维管束性状的加性效应呈显著正相关,可以通过对这2个性状的正向选择来达到间接改良穗颈维管束性状的目的。缙恢12号是改良穗颈维管束性状的优良亲本。
Genetic effects of eleven neck-panicle vascular bundles and their related characteristics in rice were analyzed by additive-dominant genetic model based on fifteen F1 hybrids which were crossed by six different indica and japonica type varieties according to Griffing抯 half-diallel crossing design. The results indicted that the additive effects of eleven neck-panicle vascular bundles and their related characteristics were highly significant, and four characteristics, thick of culm wall, single large vascular bundle area, all small vascular bundles area and all vascular bundles area, showed dominant effects, and the dominant effects of the first three characteristics were higher than their additive effective. Genetic manners of characteristics of vascular bundle were obviously different between the subspecies of indica and japonica, and additive effects of eleven neck-panicle vascular bundles and their related characteristics were all negative in japonica type parental materials. Relative analysis revealed that girth of neck-panicle and the thick of culm wall were significantly positively correlated with neck-panicle vascular bundles in additive effect, and it can improve the neck-panicle vascular bundle by positive selecting them. Jinhui12 is an excellent parental candidate in improving the characteristic of neck-panicle vascular bundles.
