摘要
利用中国农业科学院作物所提供的中野5112、中野5114、CBB23等具有高抗白叶枯病新基因Xa-23材料,通过杂交、回交和分子标记辅助选择技术,将Xa-23基因转导到超级杂交水稻恢复系、保持系和光敏核不育系,并配制出超级杂交水稻新组合。本文就白叶枯病新基因Xa-23的转导技术进行了探讨,并提出了预期达到的技术指标。
The high blight-resistance gene Xa-23 of the varieties Zhongye 5112, Zhongye 5114 and CBB23 that were offered by the institute of science, China Agricultural Academy of Sciences was integrated the restorer lines, the retainer lines and the photo-period-senstitive genetic male-sterile (PGMS) line of super hybridization rice by hybridization, backcross and mark-assistance selection. At the same time some combinations of super hybridization rice were collocated. The technology of hybridization of the blight-resistance gene Xa-23 was studied in the paper. The prospective technology targets were put forward.
