摘要
大学生自杀是一个现实而严峻的问题,其原因复杂多样。本文首先从分析其社会成因入手,因为它对于正确认识其中所涉及的诸多问题提供了社会背景和理论价值,然后围绕《学生伤害事故处理办法》讨论归责原则和高校应否承担法律责任的问题,通过挖掘其深刻社会根源和责任归属以探讨高校应采取的防范对策。
It is a realistic and serious problem that college students commit suicide.It has complicated and variours reasons.The paper starts with the analysis of its social causes which provide social backgrounds and theoretical value in understanding many relevant problems.It discusses the principles of the cerresponding laws in terms of 'Ways of Handling Accidents of Students' Injuries' and suggests some precautions that universities should adopt.
