中小城市应对外资并购的对策研究——兼论镇江市应对外资并购对策

Strategies of Small and Medium-sized Cities in Dealing with Foreign Capital M&A

外资并购已经成为国际直接投资的主流模式,我国成为外资并购热点具有其必然性。通过分析我国外资并购的现状,认为我国迫切需要开展中小城市应对外资并购的对策研究。本文对中小城市(以镇江市为例)产业结构特点进行了分析,研究了中小城市应对外资并购的基本对策、方向选择和方式选择,并设计了中小城市(以镇江市为典型)相应的外资并购控制程序,提出了中小城市应对外资并购应注意的主要问题。

This paper analyzes the current situation of foreign capital M&A and the urgency of studying the strategies of small and medium-sized cities in dealing with foreign capital M&A.It studies the basic policies and ways by analyzing the industrial structure of small and medium-sized cities,like Zhenjiang and designs controlling programs for these cities.Finally it draws attention to the major problems of these cities in dealing with foreign capital M&A.
