洛丁新对老年高血压性肾损害的干预作用

Lotensin lntervenes Kidney Damage to the Old Man Hypertension

目的观察洛丁新对老年高血压性肾损害患者肾功能的影响。方法将100例老年高血压病伴有肾损害的病人用洛丁新治疗四周,比较用药前后肾功能的变化。结果老年高血压病伴有轻、中度肾损害的患者治疗后较治疗前BUN和Scr有显著减少(P<0.05),Ccr较前有极显著的增高(P<0.01);伴有重度肾损害的老年高血压病患者治疗后BUN和Scr也较前有所减少,Ccr较前亦增高,但此变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论洛丁新能明显的改善老年高血压病伴有轻、中度肾损害患者的肾功能。

Object:Observing that Lotensin influences the kidney damage to hypertensin of old man. Method: 100 cases take lotensin for 4 weeks, then the function of kidney is compared around taking it forward and backward. Result: Bun and Scr lower (P<0.05, Ccrp<0.01) obviously after treating it to the hypertension of the old man in mild and moderate, and lower a little to serious hypertension. Conclusion: Lotensin can better the function of kidney which the old man suffers form hypertension.
