By analysing the basic characteristics of the Green-Barriers and introducing the forming of the Green-Barriers in international trade, from the negative and positive factors,the article analyses the influence which the new and developing technical barriers have made on our national export trade in many ways, and from the purpose of continuous development, it puts forward a series of tactics and measures which our national export can deal with the Green-Barriers.
