摘要
依法治国和以德治国相结合的治国学说,是中国共产党人对古今中外治国经验的深刻总结,是对马克思主义国家学说的丰富和发展,是我们党领导人民治理国家基本方略的完善和创新。德法兼治的核心问题就是公仆道德的建设问题。
The ideas of running a state with both ethics and law is one of the Chinese Communists' profound summary based on the experiences of foreign countries and our own ,which has enriched and developed the theory of Marxism countries and is a perfection and innovation of our basic state running strategy .The key point is the ethics construction of our public servants.
