摘要 应用电镜技术观察刚出生和一年龄小鼠颌下神经节的超微结构。观察到二者在神经节前轴突、神经节细胞胞体、雪旺细胞中超微结构的差异。 The ultrastructure of submandibular ganglion in neonatal and one year old mice were compared. In neonatal mice, the boutons on the presynaptic axon were short shafts,while in one year old mice the boutons on the axon were spherical. The number of boutons in neonatal mice was less than that in the one year old mice. The results indicate the trend of boutons' variation during the development of SMG cell.
