随着知识经济的兴起,人才观、教育观有了新的定位和要求。现代教师作为教育的实践者,只能选择不断地学习、反思与创新,超越“传道、授业、解惑”的传统角色本位,培养学习型、反思型、创新型“三型结合”的核心素质,才能成为一名合格的现代教师,以适应新形势及未来教育的要求。
The idea of education and what is talented person faces new orientation and requirements with the coming of knowledge economy. Being educational practitioners in modern times, teachers should study, think and innovate constantly and transcend the traditional teaching role, trying to be new educators capable of studying, thinking and innovating. Thus, can they be qualified teachers adapting to the new situation.
