摘要
从对曲靖市的人才现状调查中发现,观念落后、经济基础薄弱、人事机制滞后以及人才培养乏力是导致本地人才资源不足和人才结构失衡的重要原因,曲靖市应当针对以上问题,加大本地人才培养尤其是职业教育投入力度,更新人才观念,完善人才机制。
From the survey of the status quo of qualified persons in Qujing city, some important reasons for the deficiency and an unbalanced structure of qualified persons are found. They include a backward innovative notion and a weak economic basis, the lag of personnel mechanism and an imperfect personnel training system. Aiming at the above problems, the city should strengthen the training of local talents, especially the input in professional education, renovate the concept of talented persons and perfect the personnel mechanism.
