本文依据现代课程理论和教育、心理学理论 ,结合物理课程改革背景、基本理念就物理教师所需的新的技能———开发利用课程资源的能力、将信息技术与教学有机结合的能力。

This article, viewed from the modern curriculum theory, pedagogy and psychology, argues the physics teacher's qualities in a new curriculum innovation.It is pointed out in the present paper that a qualified physics teacher must know how to make full use of the course resources, to integrate IT with teaching and to lead the students to the research-based learning (activity).
