摘要
扩大就业是执政为民的第一要务,政府是扩大就业的第一责任人,应把促进就业作为经济发展的基本优先目标。
Enlarging employment is the first important task of servicing the people. The government is the first person in charge of enlarging employment. It should regard promoting and obtaining employment as the basic preferential goal of economic development.
